Connie Walkershaw has been a professional clothing designer for over 25 years. In 1985 she started her own label, which sold in boutiques in the Bay Area and New York.

She opened the first Walkershaw retail store on Haight Street in November 2002, to showcase her complete line of clothing for women, men, and children.

Walkershaw Clothing made the move to Union Street in March 2004, and onto Castro Street in August 2005.

In addition to ready-to-wear pieces, Connie also provides custom sewing services.
